It's OK

So difficult to open, afraid what you may see.
You say, It's OK, you can be yourself with me.

I believe I'm not worthy, I'm a hypocrite and a fake.
You say, It's OK, just try to give yourself a break.

I reach out for your hand crying, please don't let go.
You say, It's OK, I've been there many times before.

I admit that I am weak and scared and insecure.
You say, It's OK, just allow Love to be the… Continue

The Opening

Shadow dreams the illusive drama,
Deciding what is Love, finding only uncertainty,

Only want of true connection,
Only emptiness in guise of false promise.

Yesterday's eyes open, engage instant condition,
Seeing beginnings ending, births slow crumble back to dust.

Born not of sense, though felt all the same.
Seen with shut eyes, heard with closed ears,
Being only in forever,
The hand cannot… Continue

Fear and pain too much to bear;
My body frozen so I stand and stare.

Fear and pain please let me go;
How will I have my chance to grow.

Fear and pain there's no more tears;
The threat of madness looming near.

Fear and pain you infuriate me;
You've completely shattered my dignity.

Fear and pain you ain't so toug… Continue
