Midnight's Poetry Muse

Calling all poets!

Atlas

Don’t drop the ball yet
Look!
Nature’s on her way
Starting to lighten
Won’t be long
Some to smithereens
Others heaven gleans

The virus has surged, splurged, multiplied
Nowhere to go
Kid’s icy poles melting
The cup runneth over
H2O logged

Hold on
Atlast
New world
New day
New path
New coming

Just another orbit?... no way
Wait, Mate
Don’t miss it for the world
You’ll have fun
You’ll see who won

If God the maker
She’ll know the weak wink
Next creation
Worlds apart... lighter
You?
Me?

Who knows?

Atlas?

Of course
All along...
Believe it

Thank God!

Hi Rod
I like the way this bounces - like a ball and very topical with the new Swine Flu
